استقبل حضرة صاحب الجلالة الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة ملك البلاد المعظم القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة حفظه الله ورعاه هذا اليوم بمبنى القيادة العامة لقوة دفاع البحرين اللواء الركن غانم إبراهيم الفضالة مساعد رئيس هيئة الأركان للعمليات بقوة دفاع البحرين، الذي قدم إلى جلالته نسخة من رسالة الدكتوراه، التي حملت عنوان "الرؤية المستقبلية لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث في مملكة البحرين"، من أكاديمية ناصر العسكرية للدراسات العليا بجمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة.

وهنأ حضرة صاحب الجلالة اللواء الركن غانم إبراهيم الفضالة لحصوله على شهادة الدكتوراه بتقدير امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى، وأشاد جلالته بجهوده الطيبة، مؤكداً أن هذه الرسالة تُعد إضافة علمية جديدة وهامة لجميع الدارسين والباحثين في هذا المجال، منوها بحرص رجال قوة الدفاع على التزود بأحدث العلوم الأكاديمية والعسكرية في مختلف التخصصات لدعم  قوة دفاع البحرين ولتعكس الوجه الحضاري لمملكة البحرين متمنياً له دوام التوفيق والنجاح.

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received at the General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) today, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations at the BDF, Major-General Ibrahim Ghanim Al-Fadhala.

Al-Fadhala presented to HM the King a copy of his doctoral dissertation entitled "Future Vision for Crisis and Disaster Management in the Kingdom of Bahrain", which he had obtained from the Nasser Military Academy for Postgraduate Studies in Egypt.

HM the King congratulated Al-Fadhala on obtaining his doctorate degree with distinction and first class honours, commending the efforts he had exerted to compile his thesis.

HM King Hamad stressed that the thesis is a new and important scientific addition to all researchers in this field, affirming the BDF affiliates' keenness to acquire the latest academic and military sciences in various disciplines to support the BDF and highlight the kingdom's civilised image.
