تفضل حضرة صاحب الجلالة الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة ملك البلاد المعظم القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة حفظه الله ورعاه، بزيارة القيادة العامة لقوة دفاع البحرين هذا اليوم، فلدى وصول جلالته كان في الاستقبال، صاحب المعالي المشير الركن الشيخ خليفة بن أحمد آل خليفة القائد العام لقوة دفاع البحرين واللواء الركن سمو الشيخ ناصر بن حمد آل خليفة مستشار الأمن الوطني قائد الحرس الملكي والعقيد الركن سمو الشيخ خالد بن حمد آل خليفة قائد قوة الحرس الملكي الخاصة، كما كان في الاستقبال سعادة الفريق الركن ذياب بن صقر النعيمي رئيس هيئة الأركان ، وعدد من كبار الضباط.

وخلال لقاء جلالته بكبار الضباط أكد أيده الله اعتزازه الدائم بقوة دفاع البحرين ورجالها البواسل، شاكرا جلالته لهم جميعا الجهود السامية التي يقومون بها لحماية المكتسبات والإنجازات التي حققتها البحرين وشعبها الكريم، وأنهم موضع تقديرنا ومبعث فخر للبحرين وأهلها الكرام.

كما رفع الجميع لجلالة الملك المعظم القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة أسمى آيات التهاني والتبريكات بمناسبة عيد الفطر المبارك، وبادلهم أيده الله التهاني بهذه المناسبة الكريمة وكلفهم بنقل تهانيه وتبريكاته إلى جميع ضباط وضباط صف وأفراد قوة دفاع البحرين البواسل في مختلف مواقع عملهم النبيلة داخل البلاد وخارجها، مؤكدا رعاه الله أن البحرين تتطلع دائما إلى أن يعم الأمن والسلام في المنطقة والعالم أجمع، متمنيا لجميع منتسبي قوة دفاع البحرين الشجعان دوام التوفيق والسداد ولوطننا الغالي العزيز استمرار الازدهار والرقي.

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, today visited the General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).

Upon arrival, HM the King was welcomed by the BDF Commander-in-Chief, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, Major-General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Royal Guard Special Force Commander, Colonel His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

HM the King Hamad was also welcomed by the BDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, and a number of senior BDF officers.

HM the King, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, met senior BDF officers, and affirmed constant pride in the BDF and its brave servicemen.

HM the King expressed thanks to all BDF affiliates for the tremendous efforts they are exerting to protect the gains and achievements of the kingdom and its people, stressing that they are a source of pride for everyone.

Those present extended their deepest congratulations to HM the King, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces on Eid Al-Fitr.

HM the King congratulated them on the blessed occasion, and requested them to convey HM's greetings and congratulations to all officers, non-commissioned officers and the brave personnel at various work sites, in Bahrain and abroad.

HM King Hamad affirmed that Bahrain always hopes that security and peace prevail across the region and the world, wishing all BDF affiliates continued success in defending the homeland and enhancing its progress and prosperity.
